ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
The property is a converted Barn which provides a living area with kitchen, utility room and toilet on the ground floor and one bedroom with bathroom and toilet on the first floor. Access to the first floor is by a staircase leading from a reception area where the door to the property opens from the outside.
Regrettably this layout, coupled with the narrow width of the access door (2'5") means that the property is probably not suitable for wheelchair users.
We are on a bus route to Douglas and Peel which is only a five minute flat walk to the property.
There is plenty of parking within the curtilage of the property on flat ground.
There are no steps into the property and no ramp.
We do not accept pets, however if you wish to bring your assistance dog, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
